[MetaCRS] Proj4js MGRS conversion Geodectic

Sorry for the typo.  I was doing this on a disconnected system and my copy and paste was off.

I was expecting:
point.x.toPrecision(7) =  69.59450 and point.y.toPrecision(7) = -56.78416 like you said and like it is in GeoTrans.
