[MetaCRS] project on ohloh.net

Thanks Landon.  Here are some steps:

- login or create account at www.ohloh.net
- click on "Add a new project" button
- follow steps to create "MetaCRS"
  - look for a way to add sub-projects into that same project, since
yours is a combination of others (I don't know if or how to do this, you
need to investigate).  For example, I think "Proj.4" is already a
project on that site.
- once you are satisfied, come back to this email thread and respond
letting me know
- i will then add or they call "claim" your MetaCRS project as an OSGeo
"organization" on their site
- then cool stats can be generated for the entire OSGeo stack!
