Norman,

You are welcome to do so, but I'm not sure how this will be easier to get
back into SVN than just preparing svn diff's and submitting them by Trac.
 Note, there is no reason all changes need an RFC.  I'd normally consider
them for things that are potentially disruptive, etc.
