[Journal] Volume 2 update

Hi team,
Things have be quiet, but are going to start to pick up now.  Today  
is our first draft deadline for articles.  Please review your  
sections at:
http://wiki.osgeo.org/index.php/Journal_Volume_2
And add your comments for each article - simply: "Received",  
"outstanding", or "no contact" and following up with the authors if  
you have not already received something.

In the case where I added an article and you don't have the authors  
email, I will supply it.
