[Newsletter] Article Deadline

I didn't see a deadline for articles listed on the OSGeo Wiki, although it
appears from the timeline that they need to be done before March 24. Is
there an official deadline?

I have added an entry for a topical article for the second issue of the
newsletter. It will talk in more detail about a topic mentioned in my first
article about spatial relationships. Will this be a problem with anyone?
