[Journal] Status on volume 3

Unfortunately I will be out of the office all next week and most of  
the following.  I had some system troubles this week and am still  
getting my tex compiling system up and running too.

If anyone still needs a hand committing their .tex files or doing  
conversion, please discuss it on this list so others can volunteer if  
able.  I will try to work on this volume while I am away, but cannot  
guarantee anything.

It seems I always plan trips around the time of a publication date ;-)
