Hi Tyler,

Here some (small) issues. I can't login using my osgeo_user_id, I created a 
new one with the same id and password. I received a mail, there is not a 
sender mail (the source of the mail tell me that it has been sent by 
apache at lists.osgeo.org).

An empty variable appear in the mail content ({$userFullName} while my full 
user Name is in the DB).

Note that if I log out from the osgeo website in a page I can't login anymore 
in the same page. So I need to find an other page where login.
