Hi all. I have a suggestion I'd like to throw out to the Journal
community. A colleague (Gary Watry) and I have been using a self publishing
company lately for book publishing and so far have been very pleased with
the outcome. The company is called LULU.com and they are incredibly easy to
work with.
Perhaps the Journal can be made available in hard cover in this way?
