Dear section editors,
There are currently 9 articles in the queue for Volume 5. They are
all marked as being "in review" - though it seems no reviewers have
been selected to review those articles. The next step is to assign a
reviewer, or two, to each of your articles. To help show how to do
this I've put together some video tutorials. They show the complete
process from submission, through review and finally into editing.

You can find links to the videos here:
http://wiki.osgeo.org/wiki/Journal_System#Video_Tutorials

They were done quickly, but I tried to cover everything. If there is
a confusing part of the process, please ask me to clarify. Viewing
the videos takes only 30 minutes, that is much longer than it will
take for you to actually do a couple of the steps next on your plate :)

Once you have seen the videos, please touch base with your authors to
ensure they are still interested in proceeding. Then you assign a
reviewer or drop me a note asking for next steps. I have
confirmation from the following reviewers that they are still willing
to review, so please choose one of them first until I hear back from
the rest:

Jason Jorgenson
Dimitris Kotzinos
Helena Mitasova
Scott W Mitchell
Dan Putler
Rafal Wawer

Reviewers - be sure to update your bio statement or area of
speciality so we can choose the best reviewer for the job.

Thank you for bearing with my timing on this. Getting the back
issues loaded into OJS took a lot longer than I thought it would.
If you are interested in helping ensure the review process is close
enough to the academic Peer Review process, please drop me a note.

Hope you are well,
Tyler
