[Journal] Additional Section Editors Are Needed

Tyler and others,
I'll see if I can take care of the section changes today.
If I understand correctly, we want to create one section for general
topical articles, and will "merge" the case studies, integration
studies, and project spotlight sections into a single section called
"Projects".
Is this correct?
