[Journal] Converting Articles to LaTex

If you are a section editor and you believe you have an article that
is getting close to final review by an editor, can you let me know if
you need assistance converting it to LaTex? I'm trying to figure out
how many LaTex experts I will need to help convert articles for the
next issue.

Also, let me know if you can help with the conversions.
