[Journal] Need Volunteers (News and Events, Peer Review, Project Spotlight)

Scott,

It would be great if you can help with news and events. I'm going to
assign you as the section editor for that section. Then let's talk
about what we need to get some content put together for Volume 6. I
know that Rafal already has one events article that can be reviewed.

I will try to send you an e-mail later today on this topic.
