 The current OSGeoJournal_vol6.tex file doesn't process through LaTeX
because of a missing package:

! LaTeX Error: File `tex_support/floatflt.sty' not found.

 A lot of the packages in tex_support are in my standard LaTeX
packages. Perhaps we dont need them in tex_support anymore?

 I'm going to have to bash the OSGeoJournal_vol6.tex file a bit to
include a new chapter on Peer Reviewed papers, so I'm not sure whether
to create a new branch in SVN for my fiddling - would that be a good
idea?
