[Journal] trouble figuring out tex conversion, article 166

The table is multi-pages and I don't think it's entirely necessary.  I
suggest restructuring that part of the document into some simple lists
or asking the author to simplify it somehow.  I'm not sure how that kind
of table could even fit in with out typical layout!
