 I'm stuck with BiBTeX and \include problems now. For BiBTeX to have
separate bibliography sections per article, you need separate .aux
files for chapterbib to work on. But \include throws a new page before
every \include, which puts every article on a new page. Which doesn't
look good.

 Replacement 'include' methods (such as the 'newclude' package) that
don't throw a new page do this by using a single .aux file. Which
breaks chapterbib.

 I think it's partly because normally you'd have a bibliography per
chapter with each chapter on a new page, and the journal chapters
containing articles.

 The simplest thing I can think of at the moment is to just go back to
individual bibliography sections as in volume 3.
