Eli has been assigned as a reviwer in OJS. Hopefully he can log in to
OJS and send his review comments to the author. If he has trouble, he
can let me know and I will try to help.

I see Tyler created a folder for Volume 8 in the SVN. Thank you.

I am going to try to start converting the peer-review articles to
LaTex today and uploading them to the SVN as they are complete.
