[Journal] Quick Review of SAMT Article Needed

Hi guys, digging deep on this one...
Poor author has been queued too long and my memory is slipping.  Rafal or Dan or Landon did you have a thought?  It's stuck in the OJS editing queue, but was not on the list for vol 8 was it?  I can shove it in  - though we're on the final run now for vol 8.   More on that in a few minutes...
