Thank you for offering to help Yves, Scott, and Jorge.

You can submit your local chapter reports to me directly, or submit
them to the OJS system directly if you know how. If you submit them to
me directly I will load them into OJS so the other editors can see
them.

Don't kill yourself trying to write something terribly long.

I'll take care of the California Chapter report.
