[Journal] Volume 8 - moving along...

Editors and Landon - we should also get the original authors to have a peek at 
their articles - if you can dig up their contact emails and point them to the 
current draft PDF, it would be helpful.  Mention that we are working on image 
sizes and layout still - but want to make sure they are happy to still have 
their article in there :) (since some were waiting a long time) hehe.

I'm not so worried about the foss4g articles though I guess, since they went 
through review already.
