[Journal] Publishing 2010 Annual Report Next Week

I was hoping to get the annual report out for 2010 before the end of
the year. As soon as this is done, I can get a call out to the main
discuss mailing list for 2011 reports. :]

Eli: I'll get your PDX report into SVN while I'm doing Journal work
this weekend.
