Thanks for the commit.  It seems like only the PDF files were
committed rather than the sources.  This doesn't really allow for
collaborative editing.  Instead of making edits, I'll report them
here.

We have two page 18s and no 17.

"Ottowa" should be "Ottawa"

"Phillipines" should be "Philippines"

"Romanaion" should be "Romanian"

"Inucbation" should be "Incubation"

"Slyvain" should be "Sylvain"

"Belguim" should be "Belgium"

"Lsiboa" should be "Lisboa"

I don't know if it should be "Flandres" or "Flanders"

"Langauge" should be "Language"

"WorldWar" should be "World War"

"QGis" should probably be "QGIS"

"Geoserver" should probably be "GeoServer" likewise, evaluate
MapServer, gvSIG, GeoNetwork, etc.

"detalis" should be "details"

"wortware" should be "software"

"Wammerdam" should be "Warmerdam"

"anda" should be "and a"

"travelling" should be "traveling"

Please make these revisions in the source files and commit them to SVN
so the sources are available to all as well as update the derived
PDFs.

Looks good overall.  I'll take a quick look after these updates and
others might want to join for a quick review too.
