Eli:

I've lost track too...due to my long period of negligence. Here is a
snippet from our last e-mail on the topic (I think):

You wrote: "Once you think that we are close and update the master PDF, let

know and I'll run through all the copy editing steps, including spell
check."

If this has already been done, just let me know, and I can post the PDF
online and prepare for the publication announcement.
