[North America] North American Conference List

I joined this list 11/2014.
I see that the last post in the archives is in 2012.
Since the primary focus of the North America regional chapter
is to organize and run annual North American conferences,
can I assume that North American conferences for OSGeo
are held no more frequently that once every 5 years?

Or perhaps this is just a dead list, heh?
