[Oceania-Board] OSGeo Oceania Annual Report Draft

Hey Everyone

Firstly, thanks heaps for pulling together and adding your contribution to
the annual report.

I'm really quite pleased with how it's looking. I have dropped images in a
few places, but I intend on asking Lauren from Little Green Apple to give
it some magic and get it looking really good.

But we're technical people, and we all know that you can just make
something pretty. It needs to actually have meaningful content. So I
encourage you to please read the document, and your section especially, and
make suggestions, tweak or rewrite or not, up to you. Let's see if we can
get it polished over the next couple of days, because I'd like to share it
with the community on Friday as a finished document, so that it's public
for a week before the AGM.
