[Oceania-Board] Delay this week's meeting until next week

Hey All

Super sorry to do this, but I can't make this Friday either.

I'm going to push out to next Friday, the 30th, and I'm going to set aside
some time next week to progress work.

I'm really under the pump at work, and have other personal things going
on... but that's not an excuse, let's move forward!
