[Oceania-Board] Draft Communications Strategy - I need your keen eyes and wise opinions

This is excellent Dionne. Great work putting this together.
Requested edit access so I can add a few specific comments.

*Committee membership and support*
I love the clear goals that have been established. My main concern at the
moment is ensuring you have enough support on the committee to keep regular
activity going. Can you add me to the monthly meetings as well. I have not
been keeping up with comms and I think joining the monthly meetings should
help.

*Our target audience*
It's good that you raise this question. I feel we need to go further to
define it though. What kind of communities, companise, governments,
projects, university courses, locations, should we be trying to cover in
our communication? Establishing a diverse membership among the
communications committee could be a useful way to flesh this out further.
