[Oceania-Board] Microgrants announcement

Hi all,
we would like to kick start the microgrant program by announcing it in the
mailing list - and hopefully the Comm Group will help spreading the word
even further on socials and newsletters. Are you all good with this? We
didn't agree on a yearly budget in the last meeting, but we can operate
using this year's good mojo left over budget till the end of March, if ok.
I think we were looking at spending around 1.500 AUD max per quarter and
atm the good mojo funding  is about 2.500 AUD and won't be probably all
spent for other good mojo initiatives, I suppose?
I'm really excited about kicking it off, so please let me know if you are
all ok with this!
