[Oceania-Board] OSGeo Oceania Annual Report and AGM Planning

Hey Folks

It's the time of year where we need to start documenting what we did and
reporting where we're at.

I've set up some first drafts, here:

As discussed in the Board meeting, we're planning on holding the AGM at the
conference, after closing around 5 pm on Thursday the 26th. This will be
separate to the meeting to elect directors, where we formally changeover
the directors of the company, which will happen a little later in the year.

So, for all of us, let's get cracking on the annual report, so when you're
feeling enthusiastic, please complete your section. I'll circulate
financial statements from last financial year shortly for us to read
through and accept or otherwise.
