[Oceania-Board] Travel Grant Funding Request for 2025 Global Conference

HI All
As an addition to this, we should also try to work with our antipodeans
including Middle East, European and American counterparts by reaching out
to them and encouraging them to sponsor individuals to attend. From
comments made during the recent FOSS4G Belem, I think it is super important
to bring our regions together and let them at least consider that it is a
possiblity they could attend by starting a campaign.
