[Oceania-Board] Stepping down from the OSGeo Oceania Board

Hi John,
  Can I thank you for all the work you have done not only in this recent
phase of your tenure  but also the inauguration of OO. I would have liked
to have kept pace with you however work and family life consistently
beckons.

Once again, thank you for the strong foundations of a fantastic initiative.
