[Aust-NZ] Support letters

It looks like we will get letters of support for our conf bid from the
OSGeo chapters in Japan, China and India.  As one of our aims for the
conference is to promote regional engagement, we need to come up with
some ideas as to how we can do that.  Perhaps we could have a "regional
showcase" exhibition where local chapters can showcase what's happening
in there region?
