[Aust-NZ] NZ geodata on OSGEO?

Brent,
This sounds like an excellent idea, and a New Zealand dataset would be a
good basis for OSGeo workshops at FOSS4G.
I'm CCing Jo Walsh and the osgeo geodata community as I expect they will
have suggestions on the best way to move forward technically.
