Cameron et al,

This is looking very professional. Well done to all concerned.

Some comments:

- I don't particularly like the term 'engaging the suits'. I suspect that
you'd wear a suit more often than I do.

- Can we tone down the term 'Geospatial'? 'Spatial' seems to be the
preferred term in Australia e.g (OSDM, SSI, ASIBA, CRC-SI, Victorian
Spatial Committee etc).

- Good use of a map on page 39. I can almost believe that Sydney is the
'hub' of the world! ;-)

- You're missing a popular Australian landmark in your wider 'places to
visit section: The '12 Apostles' on the great Ocean Road.

- Looking at the bid, we may have a large number of people who want to
come. Do we have any contingency plans if greater that 1000 people attend,
considering that the main auditorium seats 945?

Virginia's email bounced, so I'm sending again.
Many of the CC'ed people on this list have been quoted so it would be
good to verify that you are happy with statements made for you.

If you haven't got your name in the document, then please send a
paragraph to Virginia describing yourself (section 1.5), and/or a quote
about how your organisation is using FOSS4G software and how you will
help promote it (section 1.1).
