Hi Bruce

It would fantastic if you and others can make it to Sydney for the selection
process.

So the PCO's will submit their bid by Fri 21st of March

How long do you think we should give for reviewing the bids? - Current
published timetable has just over 2 weeks. After this the plan was to
interview the PCOs in the week starting 7th April followed by site visits.

A teleconference to discuss people's availability and willingness to come to
Sydney during the interview and site visits might be in order.

Cheers

Shoaib Burq

IMO:

I'm happy to help.

When are you looking at reviewing the responses etc?

I may be able to spend a couple of days in Sydney too. I have some days that
I need to take off.

Bruce,
I'm sorry that you were unable to review the PCO tender document. Your
experience writing and reviewing tenders would have been excellent.

I'm hopeful that you will be available to help evaluate and select a PCO?

There are a couple of others on this list with similar experience
reviewing tenders. Please speak up if you can make yourself available to
review and select a PCO and I'll make sure you are notified and consulted.
