FOSS4G does not involve OSGeo Aust-NZ. The contract is between OSGeo
Inc and TH. When we help out with FOSS4G we are acting under the OSGeo
Inc. umbrella. No liability rests with Aust-NZ. No financial
transactions are done by Aust-NZ. In fact, I'm struggling to think of
any circumstances that are likely to arise in the next year or two where
we would ever have more than a few thousand dollars pass through our
hands at any one time.

Regards,
Tim
