[Aust-NZ] OSM Conference in 2011

This is more a request for interest, then a notification of a
conference, but several people involved with OSM in Australia are
starting to pull together ideas for holding a conference next year and
would welcome ideas, suggestions and so on from the OSGeo community.

To this end we have put a wiki page up for brain storming:
