[Aust-NZ] Melbourne - pub night?

I was keen to do a bit more developer level advocacy (read workshops with source code) and wondered how to get such a thing going. I know we can attract lots of interest and excitement for doing workshops with the various cool projects ... but we have two S's in FOSS4G and it would be fun to emphasis both of them.
