For anyone not on OSM lists, the OSM Foundation has decided that cut
off date for accepting contributions from people that haven't/won't
agree to their new contributor terms will be April the 1st, April
Fools day jokes aside they basically gave many contributors that have
concerns with the new CTs the middle finger as one person[2] put it:
