[Aust-NZ] Melbourne Open GIS September 2011 Meetup

Hi Jody,

I would be keen for a gathering in Brisbane, code sprint or other.  There
seems to be a bit of activity down in Vic for OsGeo stuff but not much
movement in Qld.  Would be good to see something started.
