[Aust-NZ] annual report 2012

Hi Jody - down here in Melbourne a pretty interesting Melb Open GIS meetup
group held several good gatherings in 2012 (
http://www.meetup.com/Melbourne-Open-GIS) - not specifically OSGeo but a
lot of overlap and OSGeo-supported software featured. (I'm pretty sure
Nathan was one of the presenters last week actually).

Is this sort of thing worth mentioning in the report?
