[Aust-NZ] Esri's commitment to open source

Hi Ross,

In fairness to ESRI, they have been involved in open standards for many
years, working with at least OGC and ISO TC211.

They have also been investing in open source for at least ten years, e.g.
they are one of the investors behind 52 North:
