[Aust-NZ] John Bryant now joint list administrator of Aust-NZ list

FYI,

With foss4g discussions are ramping up, I've invited John Bryant to help 
out with the administration of the Aust-NZ email list.

This means he will occasionally need to approve emails that are too big 
or have too many recipients and look like spam.
