[Aust-NZ] MOTION: retire Aust-NZ and move to OSGeo Oceania

I suggest archiving the AustNZ list and wiki as has already been discussed, but keep them publically accessible. We will probably need to refer to them in the future.

We will then need to lodge a job with the OSGeo admins to create a new discussion list on the OSGeo List server.

However, I suggest waiting for the outcome of Cameron’s motion.

@Cameron,   I suggest setting a sunset time for your motion so that it can be brought to a close.
