[OSGeo Oceania] EOI - formation of Oceania regional chapter

+1 John.
I thought I had an account to edit the wiki, but apparently not. Have just
put in a request.
The only thing that came to mind initially was that the get involved
section could benefit from a few concrete calls to action. What do we find
most valuable at the moment? Some ideas:
- Organise a mapathon in your local area
- Organise a geospatial related meetup that welcomes an
under-represented group
- Help us out in one of the following areas (marketing, sponsorship,
website maintenance)
Not sure these are the most pressing priorities, but it would be good to
agree on a few and have them as a call to action for anyone reaching this
page.
