[OSGeo Oceania] call for volunteers - OSGeo SAC

Hi all,

The OSGeo SAC (the System Administration Committee of the global OSGeo
organisation, not OSGeo Oceania) is responsible for running things like the
OSGeo website and wiki, mailing lists, issue tracking, and many other
services. It's often the same people that put their hands up over and over
again to keep the lights on, and they could use some extra help.

In Oceania we really depend on some of these services (eg. this mailing
list), and it would be great to see people in this region pitch in to
support these wonderful volunteers.
