[OSGeo Oceania] Resignation from OSGeo Oceania board

Hi all

I have resigned from the OSGeo Oceania board. We have more than enough
capable candidates for board positions in the forthcoming election and I
wish them all the best.

I look forward to finding other ways of continuing my own contributions to
the community.
