[OSGeo Oceania] [OSGeo-Conf] Oceania TGP Application

Hey Conference Committee

So, where does this leave us? Our even is on in a couple of weeks, and
OSGeo Oceania has committed funds, including the share that we were hoping
that OSGeo would be able to support us with.

Is there anything I can do to help finalise this decision?
