[OSGeo Oceania] FOSS4G SotM Oceania 2023 Call for Proposals

Hey Folks

As the Pacific Geospatial Conference 2022
<https://wiki.osgeo.org/wiki/Pacific_Geospatial_Conference_2022> will run
in Fiji late November, it is time to start thinking about an in-person
FOSS4G SotM Oceania Conference for 2023.

The OSGeo Oceania Board has drafted a request for proposals document
<https://docs.google.com/document/d/1iZ_vlur0mg_EgZ_RnXW4eVmC3OZDZ6oMdWoxhVgk7Hg/edit>
to seek a host for next year’s event. Please check out the specific
instructions in that document, we look forward to receiving bids from some
wonderful folks in wonderful places!
