[OSGeo Oceania] OSGeo Oceania 2023-2024 Budget

Hi,

Comparing it to last year's budget, the "Grants and sponsorship" line item
has been reduced from $8000 to $5000. The comment next to it says "Aiming
to increase this expenditure, increase impact" but I don't know what this
means.

I'm wondering what the impact will be on local groups seeking grants from
OO? Is the potential pool of funding reduced?
