[OSGeo Oceania] August meeting minutes and ORK priority document

Hi all!

I hope most of you are organising to travel to Hobart for our conference in
November, the committee is working very hard to deliver another amazing
conference, but it will be amazing only if our community comes and shares
all the cool stuff we're doing around Oceania! If you haven't thought about
it yet, well, DO IT! I'm so looking forward to meeting old friends and new
people there!

priority list we created for the OKR identified at the beginning of the
year. It was great to have so much feedback from you all at the beginning
that I feel we must share which ones we have achieved, the ones we cannot
yet, and the order of priority for them.

All your comments and feedback are VERY appreciated, here, on slack or -
even better - in person at the AGM at the end of the conference!
